Leah Applebaum as Beverly
Leah has voiced characters on Pokemon and Revolutionary Girl Utena, along with projects for SciFi’s Seeing Ear Theatre, including Think Like a Dinosaur and The First and Last Musical on Mars both of which were also heard on NPR and Dove Audio. Leah received her BA in Theatre from Florida State University and her MFA in Creative Producing from UCLA, and additionally has studied acting with Bobby Lewis, the William Esper Studio, and Margie Haber Studio.
Julian Stern as Roy
Julian is a Los-Angeles based actor, editor, writer, and director. He recently graduated from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts with his junior thesis Mind Made Up being officially accepted into the Portland Comedy Film Festival. Julian spends most of his time acting with his USC graduates in their own content, from short-film dark comedies, like Seth’s Big Break 2, to YouTube sketch shows like, Likeable. Additionally, while Julian isn’t focusing on his passion, you can find him wasting his time on Twitch or being a nerd and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
Auri Brown as Kym
Auri is a Los-Angeles based actor thrilled to be a part of Premiere the Play.
John Minigan: Playwright
John is a recent Massachusetts Cultural Council Artist Fellow in Dramatic Writing. Tall Tales from Blackburn Tavern, commissioned by Gloucester Stage Company, will premiere in 2023. His solo adaptation of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow premiered at Greater Boston Stage Company in 2022 and was an Elliot Norton Outstanding New Script nominee. Queen of Sad Mischance won the 2022 Judith Royer Award from The Kennedy Center/ATHE, and Noir Hamlet was an EDGE Media Best of Boston Theater 2018 selection and Elliot Norton Outstanding New Script nominee. Suzanne Delle: Director
Suzanne Delle loves audio plays and new work. Since earning her MFA in Directing, she has supported playwrights through producing new play festivals, including the Susan McIntyre Play Festival in Nashua, NH in the mid-2000s and the current virtual JL Smith Play Festival. During the pandemic, she turned to producing and directing audio plays with Theatre for Your Ears while continuing her work co-hosting the Traumaturgy podcast, teaching at York College of Pennsylvania, and sitting as Chair of Region 2 for the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.
Rebecca Lynne: Sound Designer
Rebecca is the founder of Dean Productions. As a theatre director, her work has been seen around the world, including New York, London, New Jersey, Washington DC, Bali, and California. Among her solo directing credits are The Last Five Years, Into the Woods, Love’s Labour’s Lost, The Comedic Tragedy of Macbeth, The 39 Steps, Sleeping Beauty Ballet, The Lady of Shallot, The Importance of Being Earnest, and The Ghost Sonata, the Opera. Rebecca recently made her film directorial debut with Binders and The Rise of the Binders, the prequel mini-series.
