Elisawon Etidorhpa is the star on the rise. This lonestar diva has come to stake claim in Los Angeles. After coming from a competitive theatre background in Texas and obtaining their BFA from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Elisawon has set out on a venture to start their career with a bang. A bang which has landed her a supporting role in KeyTv's Production of "Keep Me in Mind" produced by Keke Palmer, modeling for Nike, and the Hollywood Fringe Festival. With their charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent, Elisawon Etidorhpa is ready to show that preparation plus opportunity equals success.
Nicholas Hellyer as Miner
Nicholas Hellyer is a nonbinary actor and writer in Los Angeles, California. Their recent work includes acting in the stage play Annex, directed by Maddox Pennington, and short films Parking and Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Nicholas dreams of one day playing a part in a fantasy epic comparable to LOTR. Through their storytelling, they hope to inspire and impassion others to follow their dreams. Nicholas is also working on publishing their first novel, so stay tuned for that!

Dave Huber as Harry/Miner 2
Dave recently retired from teaching high school theatre after 30 years. He doesn't know what to do with his life. Perhaps he'll act a little, write a little, nap a little. He's been acting for a long time and has performed in plays in two previous seasons of "Premiere the Play" (The Archway, These Arms of Mine). He's acted and directed for theatre and film and has even written a few things.
Barbara Blatner: Playwright
Barbara Blatner’s verse play, No Star Shines Sharper, published by Baker’s Plays, was aired repeatedly on NPR stations. The award-winning Years of Sky appeared at 59e59 Theatres and at the Great Plains Theatre Conference. Jane, Queen’s Foole, about the only documented female jester in the English court, landed in the 2023 Women Playwrights Series at Centenary Stage. NYQ Books published two poetry collections, The Still Position and Living with You. Barbara has been a fellow at many residencies, writes songs and theater music, and her poems and plays have been published in numerous journals, including Fleas on the Dog, Syncroniciti, From Page to Screen and others.
Maddox Pennington: Director
Maddox Pennington (they/he) is a nonbinary writer originally from the Cherokee Nation. They received an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Columbia University and currently teach college writing. Their work has been read and performed at the Moving Arts Theater Company, Theatre Viscera Podcast, Pittsburgh and Hollywood Fringe Festivals, the La Jolla Playhouse, and the Autry Museum of the American West.
Rebecca Lynne: Sound Designer
Rebecca is the founder of Dean Productions and host of Premiere the Play. As a theatre director, her work has been seen around the world, including New York, London, New Jersey, Washington DC, Bali, and California. Among her solo directing credits are The Last Five Years, Into the Woods, Love’s Labour’s Lost, The Comedic Tragedy of Macbeth, The 39 Steps, Sleeping Beauty Ballet, The Lady of Shallot, The Importance of Being Earnest, and The Ghost Sonata, the Opera. Rebecca recently made her film directorial debut with Binders and The Rise of the Binders, the prequel mini-series.
