Sherry Michaels as May

Sherry is an actor and voiceover artist with over 60 voiceover commercials and the sole voiceover on a recent Disney animated short. Favorite stage leads include Auntie Mame, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, and Veronica’s Room. TV includes principal roles on “Betrayed,” “Investigation Discovery,” and the pilot “Generation Clash.” She recently appeared in the film “Old Pals” with Barry Bostwick and Bruce Davison. Commercials include, the PSA “Amazon Red” with Julia Roberts, as well as commercials for Discover Card, International Delight, Progressive, Allegiance Gold, and Medicare Advantage.

Berry is an LA actor/writer/filmmaker by way of North Carolina. While trained in theater, you may have seen his work on shows like Mercy Street, Under the Dome, or more recently, Murf the Surf on MGM+. He is currently editing his short film Tenderheart which is scheduled for a 2024 festival run.

Tim Stanton as Brian

Tim started his acting career in college and summer stock theater in the 1980s, but he gave it all up and got a real job for the next several decades. He returned to acting again in 2019 and has been booking work ever since. Short films include: Induction; Mr. Scotty's Time Machine; Shelter; and an award-winning TV pilot, Hey I'm the Door Guy!. His first feature film, Matriarch, opened in early 2022. Currently, Tim studies improvisation at The Groundlings and scene study with Deryn Warren.

Martha Barnett:  Playwright

Martha is a playwright from Belfast. Her debut play The Shift was shortlisted for Theatre 503 Playwriting Award; And the Band Keeps Marching On was then commissioned by Sky Arts for Art50 with readings at the Bush, Barbican & Sage; and her current play Ash is being developed on an Artist Residency with Pitlochry. Martha was one of the Lyric Theatre Belfast’s New Playwrights and her political comedy drama script was shortlisted for the Women are Funny Award in 2020. Her first script for screen, Derek vs the Evil Halloween Pigeon was produced by BBC and the Nice One for iPlayer, and she was shortlisted for BBC Writersroom’s The Break. At a Stop was developed through Tron theatre Glasgow and Lyric Theatre, Belfast. Martha currently lives by the sea in Edinburgh with her husband, young daughters and border terrier.

Rebecca Lynne:  Director & Sound Designer

Rebecca is the founder of Dean Productions. As a theatre director, her work has been seen around the world, including New York, London, New Jersey, Washington DC, Bali, and California. Among her solo directing credits are The Last Five YearsInto the Woods, Love’s Labour’s Lost, The Comedic Tragedy of Macbeth, The 39 Steps, Sleeping Beauty Ballet, The Lady of Shallot, The Importance of Being Earnest, and The Ghost Sonata, the Opera. Rebecca recently made her film directorial debut with Binders and The Rise of the Binders, the prequel mini-series.
