Jatuan Gilbert as Per Nilsson

Jataun Gilbert moved from San Diego to Los Angeles in 2018 and has been in every aspect of the entertainment industry. His roots lay in the Cape Verde Islands where most of his family is from. He attended college at Grossmont in El Cajon as a psychology major before leaving to chase his dream in LA. Jataun is also an editor, filmmaker, writer, rapper, and singer. Ever since moving to LA, Jataun has been involved in movies, major networks, TV series on both sides of the camera.

Ashley Deuell

Ashley Deuell is an actor/filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Since moving from Colorado last summer, she Assistant Directed I Solve Problems, a short film for the Easterseals Disability Film Challenge, appeared in the Fall Colorado Wildlife spot and has worked with a renowned DP on a masterclass VO role. Prior, Ashley has appeared in over 35 features, short films, webseries, commercials, and music videos. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Los Angeles International Film Festival for her role in Staccato in October of 2020. For more information visit ashleydeuell.com

Tiffany Downey

Tiffany Downey is originally from Los Angeles. While studying television broadcasting at Pepperdine University, her more serious interest in acting was sparked. Tiffany worked as a model in commercials and print, which led to International travel. While in New York City, she was cast as one of the leads in Winner Takes All. She also became part of The Conan O'Brien Show cast for their various sketch comedy bits. Back in Los Angeles, she continued to work in print, tv and film, including being cast in the ensemble film Spanish Fly. As time allowed, she joined a number of casts for short films as well.

Angela Morgan

Angela Morgan is a Los Angeles-based actor where she has recently worked on a Short Film and Concept Trailer for a Feature Film. She is geared up for the next feature she will Shoot this Summer of 2021. Meanwhile, she spends her free time working on her craft, exploring new meditations, and searching for the next best dumpling spot.

Darrell Phillip

Darrell Philip was born and raised in Texas and studied in Hollywood at The Actors Center International, The Groundlings, with Ivana Chubbuck, and currently with Larry Moss. On stage, he has been seen as Cyrano in Cyrano de Bergerac, Neil Simon's California Suite, Noel Coward's Blithe Spirit, Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde, as well as Bronzeville, No Place To Be Somebody, and Pity the Proud.

DONALD LOFTUS

Donald Loftus:  Playwright

Donald Loftus is an American playwright, librettist, and lyricist. His works include dramas, comedies, and musicals. He’s won the HRC Showcase Theatre’s’ W Keith Hedrick National Playwriting Award and has been selected to participate in this year’s William Inge Theatre Festival. His plays have been presented on over 80 stages across America and in the United Kingdom. Donald serves on the Board of Directors of The Dramatist Guild Foundation and is a member of two New York City playwriting groups. He is thrilled to be a part of the Dean Productions Theatre Company’s Premiere the Play podcast series!

Katie Peacock

Katie Peacock:  Director

Katie Peacock is a director based out of the DC. She has worked at various companies including Cultural DC, DC Fringe, Potomac Playmakers, Annapolis Shakespeare Company, etc. Primarily she has worked on stage and film but is excited to be able to share a story over podcast. She’d like to thank everyone at Dean Productions, her wonderful cast, and Per playwright Donald Loftus for their contribution to this production.
