Alexander Tassopoulos as Brent
Alexander is an actor, producer, and stunt performer from Dallas, Texas. He starred in the upcoming short film It's Not About the Bananas and appeared in the true-crime series Betrayed on Investigation Discovery. He was Jonah Hill’s stunt double in the Netflix film You People. He co-produced the acclaimed audio drama The Bystanders, featuring Jane Lynch and Kristin Chenoweth. This summer, he’ll attend BADA’s Midsummer in Oxford program to continue honing his craft in classical theater.
Rebecca Lynne as Amy
Rebecca is the founder of Dean Productions and host of Premiere the Play. As a theatre director, her work has been seen around the world, including New York, London, New Jersey, Washington DC, Bali, and California. Among her solo directing credits are The Last Five Years, Into the Woods, Love’s Labour’s Lost, The Comedic Tragedy of Macbeth, The 39 Steps, Sleeping Beauty Ballet, The Lady of Shallot, The Importance of Being Earnest, and The Ghost Sonata, the Opera. Rebecca recently made her film directorial debut with Binders and The Rise of the Binders, the prequel mini-series.
Michael Sullivan as Dr. Umdegbe
Michael is an actor, writer, and voiceover artist residing in Los Angeles. His career spans across a wide range of roles in indie films and vertical short form dramas, showcasing his versatility in both comedic and dramatic productions. Michael is also a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he performed three overseas wartime deployments before receiving an honorable discharge.
Dermot Davis: Playwright
Dermot is an award-winning playwright and author. His creative work encompasses varied genres and styles — drama, comedy, and everything in-between — with a special focus on human themes and characters transformed by life experience. He has had stage plays performed in Boston and Los Angeles. He is a recipient of the O.Z. Whitehead Award for playwriting and his novels have earned a scattering of literary awards.
Katie Peac0ck: Director
Katie is a director based out of the DC. She has worked at various companies including Cultural DC, DC Fringe, Potomac Playmakers, Annapolis Shakespeare Company, etc. Primarily she has worked on stage and film but is excited to be able to share a story over podcast. She’d like to thank everyone at Dean Productions, her wonderful cast, and the playwright Dermot Davis for their contribution to this production. Jonathan Pascone: Sound Designer
Jon is a seasoned sound designer and dialogue editor specializing in efficient audio system design for interactive experiences. With over a decade of expertise in location sound recording and sound design for film and games, he leverages audio to enhance motivation and create rewarding user experiences. Jon is a Steering Committee Leader of IASIG and is currently researching the haptic influence on speech-in-noise comprehension within VR auditory training environments at New York University.
Wanze Li: Foley Designer
Wanze is a sound designer mainly focusing on sound post-production for films. She is currently a graduate student at NYU studying Music Technology. Her sound design for the short film Farewell earned the Excellent Work Award (2nd Prize) at the 8th Sound Academy Awards in the Film/Drama and Documentary category. She is particularly interested in immersive sound design and the emotional impact of sound in storytelling.
